GRC CONFERENCES 1/9/2010….end 4/2/2010 Airport Shuttle Service
Merlo's Charters provides all airport shuttles for GRC CONFERENCES. Please note that within 48 hours of airport shuttle service, no refunds can be made for any reason. Conferees MUST pay in advance and must have receipt of payment to give the bus driver for boarding. This receipt will be emailed to the conferees after payment and reservations are recieved by Merlos. Conferees needing transportation outside of the set days or times below can make arrangements with Merlo's Charters directly. There is a discounted GRC price of $120 ONE WAY for Private Sedan Shuttle.
Saturday Airport Shuttles from Airport to Hotel Galvez (GRC CONFERENCE or Early arrival of GRC CONFERENCE):
Please note that the Saturday service is limited to sedan or van/suv service and based upon arrival times of flights. Please call Merlos directly or make a reservation on Merlo's Website. Cost for Saturday arrival is $180 Round Trip and the service includes the Sedan or SUV Service to the Hotel on Saturdays.
The return trip to the Airport is included in this cost and conferees must sign up for one of the specific Friday Shuttle times below.
Sunday Airport Shuttles from Airport to Hotel Galvez: Bush $120 R/T Hobby $100 R/T

1:00 PM Bush/1:45 Hobby (arrive at hotel aprox 2:30 PM)
2:30 PM Bush/3:15 PM Hobby (arrive at hotel aprox 4:00 PM)
4:00 PM Bush/ 4:45 Hobby (arrive at hotel aprox 5:30 PM)
Friday Departures from Hotel Galvez to Airport:
Depart Hotel 5:00 AM (Hobby 5:45AM/Bush 6:30AM)
Depart Hotel 7:30 AM (Hobby 8:15AM/Bush 9:00AM)
Depart Hotel 10:30 AM (Hobby 11:00AM/Bush 11:45 AM)
Thursday NASA Tour Shuttle Information:
Merlos charter will also provide shuttle service to conferees needing a ride to the NASA Tour on Thursdays. Please note once you register for NASA tour shuttle transportation there will be no refunds given for any cancellations. The price for this shuttle service is $30 round trip. The shuttle will leave at 12:30 directly after session ends. There will be a sign up sheet availible at the Activity information desk in the Lobby of the Hotel for conferees wishing to take a boxed lunch.
Please note the shuttle departs NASA at 3:30 in order for conferees to be back at the hotel by 4PM for evening poster sessions. Minimum of 20 passengers must be signed up.
