Without fail, my meeting attendees have been impressed by your vehicles, the drivers, the promptness of the transportation, the flexibility when times of events do not go exactly as planed, etc. From a Meeting Services perspective, I appreciate your availability when I need to contact you, your knowledge of the area, and the professionalism of your group. I do not have a single complaint! As a Meeting Planner based out of Oklahoma, it is quite invaluable for me to have built this relationship with Merlo’s. I also have heard that your company provided transportation for the daily shuttle runs from ConocoPhillips to IAH before our Transportation department purchased vans of our own, and that when one of our vans goes down, you are still our “go to” provider for this services. > Thanks again for your help on the limo for Ashley’s wedding. Everything worked out just great and the driver was terrific. He was all into the wedding thing and dressed to the nines. The limo had fancy flashers and he had it lit up and music going. As he left the Majestic, he was honking and all excited about “his” newlyweds in the backseat. Needless to say, it was a hit.
